Before booking, I was a bit hesitant due to the mixed reviews I read online. However, my recent stay was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was seamless. Judith at the front desk was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to check in early. The hotel itself exceeded expectations. The breakfast buffet offered a fantastic variety of delicious options, and the dinners were equally impressive. The location was incredibly convenient, with the metro station located right downstairs, making it easy to explore the city. Since we planned to be out all day exploring, the hotel's location and comfortable accommodations were perfect for our needs. We simply needed a clean and relaxing place to rest after a long day of sightseeing. I'm happy to report that my experience was far better than anticipated. I would highly recommend it to others!"

We really love the hotel and mostly its location. Very convenient, the metro, buses, and taxes are at your doorstep. This is the best hotel to stay when you want to explore Dubai. The food is good and reasonable. The kitchen staff was very helpful. Melisa is a wonderful and very helpful person and very respectful. Magmud at reception is also very helpful and professional. The cleaners do a wonderful job. Thanks for the man at the door who helped us with all our trips. The room is spacious with good aircon. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to explore Dubai.
