Rooms are clean and spacious... Location is good.

Gold Souq metro station turn left and quickly left you there. Also Gold souq bus station. Lots of stores, and malls where you can find gold/diamonds. Clean grocery story by the Shipyard about two blocks from the hotel. Room/bed clean and comfortable.

Before booking, I was a bit hesitant due to the mixed reviews I read online. However, my recent stay was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was seamless. Judith at the front desk was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to check in early. The hotel itself exceeded expectations. The breakfast buffet offered a fantastic variety of delicious options, and the dinners were equally impressive. The location was incredibly convenient, with the metro station located right downstairs, making it easy to explore the city. Since we planned to be out all day exploring, the hotel's location and comfortable accommodations were perfect for our needs. We simply needed a clean and relaxing place to rest after a long day of sightseeing. I'm happy to report that my experience was far better than anticipated. I would highly recommend it to others!"

With work when needed, this location is not a bad hotel. The subway immediately, the grocery store as well. There is an ironing board and an iron. This is already very good. Quite calm.

We had exceptional service stay, particularly from Judith, who went above and beyond to make our stay very comfortable. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, with diverse good range of delicious food options. Their professional friendly service and options made our stay truly memorable. We will would highly recommend this hotel and especially Judith to anyone visiting Dubai.
